  • A long overdue review here. A few months ago I Reached out to Sean as we had been told he had started his own company. I was in the process of marketing and selling a home ( that is what i do ) and the property inspector had made note of concerns with the AC unit. Prior to Sean's arrival, discussion was had, and the clients were possibly facing the replacement of a new unit. Sean was a miracle worker. He promptly fixed the issue and the service fee was extremely reasonable. This was in the sweltering heat of August. But it is not just about that: Sean took the time to speak to the homeowner in a non AC lingo plain English that everybody could understand explaining exactly what the problem was and how it was remedied. But it's not just about that :) Sean is incredibly well mannered with such a pleasing disposition.He is a perfectionist, diligent, trustworthy and enthusiastic. When you do call Sean i recommend you ask him about his why. Why did he establish this company? What makes him different? If you are anything like me, you will love the back story of this man. I recommend you hire him for the project and experience for yourself why i speak so highly of Summit. Great Job Sean. Thank you !
