  • I decided that I wanted one of the new phones that T-mobile was advertising. I happened to be in Tempe at an event and by searching on Google I found this location to be the closet. I went into the store and I was greeted immediately with a friendly member of the store's team. I told him what I wanted and he took the time to explain to me the different features of the two models of the phone that I was interested in. One of the models was about 100 dollars more than the standard one, but he did not try to pressure me into buying the more expensive one. That alone was very impressive. The store's Manager, Austin, then walked over to make sure that we were getting taken care of properly. I had many questions for him before making such a large purchase to which he answered them all happily.. I have had to return to the store a couple of times since, by no fault of anyone at the store. Austin's level of customer service is amazing. He was attentive to my needs, extremely courteous, and provided great customer service. I live no where near this T-mobile location. The service was so above par that I chose to drive all the way there for my issues to be resolved.
