  • Andy's crew did a nice job trimming the trees. Did the standard stuff including trim back from street and trim away from roof. The yard was cleaned and away they went. The business end leaves something to be desired as it took me three calls to even get through until I finally left a message. It seems like the office is just an answering machine. When they called to let me know they were coming the next day, I didn't get much of a chance to respond as their business hours are a bit iffy and of course nobody answers the phone. I paid with a check and then a couple days later Andy sends me an email asking for me to call in and pay. When I mentioned that I paid his crew day of service he replies that he actually didn't check his deposit box. I would use them again because I liked the work they did but it's clearly a home run operation.
