  • Standing in line waiting for assistance... I watched as the pharmacists chatted away... the gal talked about how she didn't graduate till she was 33 and how she felt that she was old and that's why etc etc to the other pharmacist. The clerk who was helping the customer before me was busily working and I stood there for 7 minutes (yes, I counted as I was in lunch time and in a rush) if you see a line and you can't help the clerk then don't be chattering away about your personal life! It's bad customer service and irritating!
