  • They don't make the shave ice appetizing at all. I think they pack the ice in and then use skimpy syrup. I've had shave ice plenty of times and no one seems to get it right outside of Hawaii. This place is cheap but I won't go back. I've now been twice. Today my biggest complaint was more about customer service. The people just don't care. I should have just gone to Sonic for ice cream.
