The shopping experience started out well. Sales Rep. David R. worked very hard to get us in a car we liked, close to our price range. After 2.5 hours, we ended up very close to what what were looking for. The Asst. Sales Mgr Saul moved in, lied to us in the first few seconds, was unpleasant and condescending to us. Needless to say, we no longer felt compelled to compromise or negotiate.
The manner in which the Asst. Sales Mgr dealt with us makes us doubt the entire organizations ethics and intentions.
