  • I can't speak for the spa as a whole, but I strongly advise to NOT book Shalena as a hair stylist. I booked an appointment with her for a color correction and the day of my appointment she canceled on me. I asked her why she had to cancel and her response was, "Because I wanted too." See the screen shots of the text convo between us. Shalena not only canceled on me but also texted me 15 messages in a row completely insulting me and saying she was rude is a complete understatement. Shalena is not a professional.
