  • Decided to call Bill's after my other bug man could not come out soon enough. Lisa shows up the next day in her hot rod Mopar and proceeds to do a thorough assessment of my termite situation. After going over everything in the contract and quoting what I thought was a very reasonable price, I said- lets do this. Mike the technician comes out a few days later and does a complete perimeter treatment of my condo and is neat and professional. I liked the way these people conducted themselves and only wish that I had called them sooner-as now I get to spend the weekend replacing a bunch of eaten-up baseboard.
