  • This may have been the worst experience I've ever had in a salon. I'm pretty sure my stylist spend maybe 1 whole minute washing my hair... and I have a lot of hair so how she managed to do that is beyond me. I was hosed in the face twice during that minute as well. Literally had water dripping down my face. When we got to the styling chair it only got worse from there. She burnt me at least 3 times with the hair dryer and was pulling on my hair so hard it was completely uncomfortable. She was clearly in a hurry and showed through my entire experience. I literally got anxiety when she picked up the curling iron because I was worried she was going to drop it on me. She blew my hair out straight down... and I have board straight hair so I had absolutely no volume or lift in my hair. She eventually went over it with a curling iron because nothing she did was staying. She put so much product in my hair I couldn't even run my fingers through it. It was flat, with cheesy curls and was covered in excessive product, pretty much the opposite of what I want my hair to look like. Wanted to like this place, it was so cute inside but seriously beware. Never again.
