Review about PC Cooking School - Heritage
Had the opportunity to experience adult cooking class with Ginni Kelley. It was delicious, educational and a great deal. She made a Salmon Escabeche and oven roasted Talapia with Mixed Herb Panko Breadcrumbs. The accompaniments were a couscous and fresh tasting grape tomato salad with chives served on toasted crustinis. The method for cooking the salmon, produced a perfectly cooked, moist dish that accentuated the flavor of the salmon. The class size was small and comfortable. Classes are reasonably priced.
