  • I recently moved into a townhouse complex and the landlord did not provide a mailbox key. I was told I would have to contact a locksmith to get a new lock and key. I contacted Ace Locksmith in Phoenix and they came out the same day. The tech was courteous and kind but told me it would cost over $200 to get a new lock and key. For a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I respectfully declined but still had to pay the $29 service fee for the technician coming out which I am very unhappy about. I wouldn't recommend them to others.
