So today I needed drugs to quell the pain in my (now missing) tooth and to soothe the infection left behind... the pharmacist did an amazing job for me.
I was not aware that my health insurance had changed (thanks, Manulife) and the number on file was no longer valid. I offered to simply pay for my prescription and sort out the insurance later but the pharmacist said she would look into it for me. Which she did, and she let me know when the change occurred and that my new card was on the way! She also called my doctor to get other necessary information I managed to forget in my pain-addled state.
Very pleased and grateful for the service at this location.
