  • I'm only giving two stars because the young lady that helped me when I first when in was very kind. I really wanted to support a local black business so I came here because the price was reasonable. The phrase you get what you pay for definitely applied to this purchase. I washed my hair for the first time and my goodness, the texture completely changed. It went from silky to Brillo within 10 seconds. My install wasn't even a month and half old, I had to take the hair out because it literally went dread in the back and was impossible to pull apart. I followed the hair care instructions. I wish I would have stuck with my regular supplier of hair because I lost money on both the hair and my install. I've written the corporate office so I'm hoping that I receive some sort of refund. I don't want a percent taken off of my next purchase because I won't be coming back here.
