  • I bought the Master's detailing package at U AutoSpa. The price seemed reasonable for the service they appeared to be offering, and they were fairly accommodating in terms of booking my appointment. This is all the good I can say about this business. My experience with them started going downhill from this point on. When I arrived for my appointment, they informed me that engine shampoo and salt & stain removal was not included in the package, and I had to pay extra if I wanted them included. I had to show them their own website, where both services were clearly listed under the Master's package, before they half-halfheartedly agreed to do it. (they have since updated their website, taking salt & stain removal off the package) An hour and a half later, they delivered the car, with the seats soaking wet, and told me to just leave the heat on full blast for half an hour when I got home, and that would take care of it. There was just too much water in the seats, and half and hour was clearly not enough. It took days for the the seats to go from wet to damp, and inside the car had developed an unpleasant smell by this time. By the time the seats were relatively dry, I realized the heated seat on the driver's side had stopped working, although the light would turn on. This all happened just before the holidays, so I didn't get a chance to contact them until the New Year. Meanwhile, I had the seat checked out at my mechanic's and they confirmed the heating element was broken because they hosed down the seat. I called the business right after the New Year to discuss the problem. I explained the problem to the owner over the phone. He immediately got defensive, and refused to take any responsibility for damages. To my astonishment, he continued with "You can shout and jump up and down as much as you want", when I calmly pointed out that I only wanted to discuss the situation, and was by no means doing that! He went on to blame me for not bringing the car back immediately, never once apologized (let alone take responsibility), and proceeded to hang up on me!! Aside from the damages, the carpet and seats were only halfway clean once they dried, and interior of the windows was no cleaner than before. To sum up my experience at U AutoSpa, they did a mediocre job at best, damaged my vehicle and left me with a hefty repair bill, had the worst customer service attitude, and were extremely rude and unprofessional. * This review was written at the owner's request.
