  • Absolutely horrible experience. Premier Parking says they use secured lots and have a guard on duty. When I get there I am made to sign a waiver that says that the part is NOT secured and does NOT have a guard on duty. I swallow hard and do it, because I have to make my flight. I had a reservation for 10 people. After I've paid, they show me to their van -- a minivan. I kid you not. I had to bolt from the place to find other airport parking. I didn't have time to try to get a refund from their seriously English-challenged concierge. And their driver made no effort to rectify the situation, but just exonerated himself of the whole messy business. Stay away from these clownish scammers.
