  • My experience is like the rest of the reports on this page. Drivers don't show up as schedule, show up very, very late. Handled our furniture and boxes carelessly, and failed to communicate with us. The dispatcher, Virgil, is the worst! These people were subcontracted by Colonial Van Lines for my move, and I've advised them not to use them anymore. They tried to make me pay $1500 more than Colonial said my bill was and threatened to hold my things in storage until I paid. I refused and held my ground and they finally gave up and unloaded my stuff, but not without a lot of hassle. Never again and I think they should be reported to the Better Business Bureau for their unethical and unprofessional practices.
