  • What a joke...took 20 mins just to check in even though I had an appointment. Then the employee forgot to tell techs to perform a state inspection like I requested, so that wasn't done. Then, they forgot to call or text to tell me my car was done.....2 hours wasted...no wonder Sears is going down the tube.
