  • Went to hotties for the first time! Since my daughter goes up to the snow I got her a few hats one has a design on it! She didn't like it! So I figured I just exchange it for a different one! So the purchased I made they stamped it final sale! So I couldn't exchange it! I left it in the counter and said I won't be back! How do you as a company sale an item and not take it back or even exchange it! I should have known walking in there were no customers just before Christmas! Tell tell sign of their business!
