  • HORRIBLE service! Used a living social coupon for 3 hours of cleaning. They showed up an hour late, without calling. Carol called me half an hour after the scheduled time saying the cleaner was 5 minutes away, then she didn't show up for another half an hour. After she was here, she didn't bring a vacuum, or any trash bags and had to use my bags. In 3 hours hardly anything was cleaned. I live in a small one bedroom apartment, and she did the half the dishes, yet wasted water by running the same load (that I loaded), twice, and left the other dishes soaking in the sink and dirty pans on the counter. Did not mop at all, and swept a bit, but did a horrible job. The living room was cleared of trash but not completely and the rest was left. The bathroom trash was emptied as well but no cleaning was done, and she didn't even enter my bedroom. Avoid at all costs, even if you already have a coupon it may not be worth your time. Even if you do end up using it be ready to wait around, have your time wasted, and a sub par job done, if and when they finally do arrive.
