  • The staff at this location are great unfortunately their billing and corporate department are awful. I received a call from their collections department before I even had treatment and the customer service guy was so rude that I canceled my appointment. They charged my Care card $800 before I even had treatment! Now I'm trying to get that money back from them which is a nightmare. The billing department representatives cut you off midsentence before you can even explain why you are calling. I ended up filing a dispute with Care Card credit to have them chase Western Dental's corporate office to get the money refunded to my card. Still waiting..............
