  • My dad heard that there would be some food trucks at CBC this morning, so we decided to bike down to check it out. So what if it was only 10:45 am? Jojo's was ready, and we were hungry! We ordered 8 ribs and 6 corn fritters. The total came to $19, a bit expensive for food from a truck, but dad was paying :) The ribs were fantastic, but the corn fritters were definitely the highlight for me. If a timbit and a solid gold cob of corn could give birth to a child, it would be Jojo's corn fritter. Sweet and savory, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Now I have to twitter stalk Jojo's to try the rest of the menu!
