  • There is no rating low enough for this business! We were looking for help in getting a portable oxygen concentrator and were met with rude, totally uncaring employees. We were given false information. When we asked if we could purchase the equipment on our own, we were told we could NOT. Well, thank goodness they were wrong and we got better information, because we did purchase the equipment. The employees here think they know more than the doctors that recommended this equipment to help my husband have a better quality of life. They should hope they are never in need of help for someone they love and met with the attitudes they exhibited. Shame on you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
