  • This is the most shady "dealership" ever delt with. We got a car from them on a Friday that upcoming Monday we were making a left hand turn in the intersection and the car completely started shaking and came to a dead stop and went off. We were almost hit by another car with our one year old in the car. Thankfully we were able to get it off the road to the side and right away called the dealership and told them what was going on. Because we accidently had liability insurance and not full coverage even though we were sure we picked the 500 deductible etc Tim from this place pretty much said there was nothing he could do til the insurance got fixed and "sitting there bud" was his words. No sympathy or apologetic for the fact we have our daughter out in this az heat. We get the insurance fixed and placed in my name on the insurance card with my man's underneath on the policy but because his name didn't show up on the actual card they were still making up excuses as to why they won't fix the car while all still under their warranty of 15 days or 500 miles. And don't get me started on the miles. The miles on the car didn't match what was on the paperwork so they were trying to jip us out of 100 miles and when told them that they never denied it. Now the car still isn't fixed or running yet they took it upon themselves to withdraw $1000 from my man's bank account without permission and trying to state it was an accident. Is it an accident when your making 2 withdraws of $500 each for a bank account that doesn't even have that amount in it making it negative? I don't think so. This is the worst "dealership" and I'll be contacting not only the Arizona Attorney General's office but as well as the BBB and 3 on your side news channel
