  • Please beware of this company. Don't be sold on their advertising. That is probably the best thing they do. I have had the annual service plan with them and it has been nothing but problems. I also paid for a duct cleaning for the home which the charged for but did nothing to actually clean anything. It the topper was 3 days ago when they did the fall service on the heating units and said 1 needs to be replaced and the other was work fine Found out from another company I had come out that there is nothing wrong with the one Goettl said needed replacing and the other unit that was supposed to be fine only blows cold air. No heat They are always trying to sell or replace something to make more money. Their techs seam to be very unqualified. I've learned my lesson NEVER Again will I use this company and I hope you won't either.
