  • I got here at 9:40 AM for a "Quick Lane" oil change. It is now 12:10PM, and still waiting. No one has checked on me or considered why I might be sitting here for almost three hours already. Well, if you are needing a place to hang out for free, and want to be sure that no one notices you or questions why you're there, Keffer is certainly the place to go. What's the point in buying a vehicle here if I can't get an oil change at a decent time? I understand sometimes things get backed up, and I really do my best to be patient and understanding, but this is probably my fourth visit and it's always the same. You guys either need to speed it up, or take the "Quick" off the sign. You can believe I'll skip right past Keffer on my next vehicle purchase. **Update** I finally went out at about 12:20PM to ask for an update. Are you ready for this? The oil change hadn't even been started. When I first arrived, my exact words to the employee managing the drive-thru were, "Hi, I need an oil change. There's also something strange with the brake pedal. Can you guys can look at it today, or do I need to make an appointment?" She directed me to speak to another employee about it, then to let her know how to proceed. So, the another employee discussed the issue with me and noted that a separate appointment would be best for taking a look at this issue. No problem. Directly following that discussion, and with both employees present, the original employee at the drive thru, who already knew i needed an oil change, verified with me that I still wanted the oil change. I even gave a physical thumbs up, meaning, "go ahead". I explicitly remember this conversation. So, fast forward almost 3 hours, when I came out to investigate the girl who I left the jeep with, who was told TWICE that I needed an oil change actually looked at me and said, "Sweetie, you were supposed to tell me what you wanted to do." The look on her face told me she that she instantly knew what she'd forgotten when she saw me approaching her. Why not just apologize? *%*# happens, but don't make it worse by blaming me!! I sat in the waiting area for three hours, to then be told that it was somehow my fault because she happened to forget that I told her TWICE that I wanted the oil change TODAY.
