  • Carlton did a great job for us and on super short notice. We were moving and needed to have the carpets cleaned per our lease agreement. We had previously made an appointment with a different carpet cleaner who was supposed to come on the 30th, but never showed.up. I called Dirtbusters around 5pm and spoke with Carlton. I explained my situation and asked if there was any way he could clean the carpets that night. He said he had just finished up a job and was exhausted, but just give him 40 minutes and he'd be over. He charged us a fair price, communicated clearly to us what we can expect with certain types of stains, and really did excellent work. We were so impressed by how nice the carpet looked when he was done. We'd call Carlton again in an instant!
