  • My intitial review was listed here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/madcity-sales-madison Two listings are due to the spelling difference. Here's my review: 1st trip was a pleasant surprise. I try not to review solely after one visit so if they hit this mark again next trip then it's easily a 4 star update. What works: Wifi is free - just ask for the password. Good in-person service and workers even acknowledge there's a customer (meaning get out the paying customer way first). This wasn't needed by me and appreciated nonetheless. Freebies while you wait are snack cookies and candies, coffee and water. TV on the wall. Clean sofas and bright and cheery. It's like an open kitchen/family room as the wait area is directly in the showroom but out of the way. They had a chili offering this particular Saturday. I thought that was cute. Fixins' and all. I came earlier than my appointment time and they got me rescheduled with no issue. Well, before I could leave (as I waited around Yelping on their wifi) they asked if I'd like to go in now. I went with a Groupon for my oil change and tire rotation.... No attitude about the Groupon They even have a system for repeat Groupon appointment to fulfill my offer. What could do better: The guy that took my appointment seemed aloof and puzzled that I was booking in advance. Yep! it's winter so everything must be done with a purpose and I only have weekends now to run errands so get that March 2013 appointment on the books, MAN! rotfl I didn't say all that but I'm just saying..... It's Wisconsin - don't be so shocked that I'm booking for March and it's just October. I did return for my March oil change and June tire rotation changes. Even somehow managed to keep up with my little card. Of course, I'm out of the GroupOn but this is a place I feel comfortable bringing my transpo to for an oil change. And I'm a lady that prefers the dealership so I can document everything and roll into a dealership wherever I am at that moment to get work corrected or followed up on.
