  • I didn't read a review for this massage envy location until after my 90 minute massage today and it was very upsetting to hear how many people are unhappy with this place. My male masseuse was a nice guy and it was relaxing but there were two major problems First a 90 minute massage lasted 79 minutes. I happened to look up when it began and again when it ended so do I get a 12% refund? Second all of their staff needs to be given a free Supply of minutes because the problem becomes apparent when they massage near your head area. They just raise my monthly dues from $59-$70 and you would think with that would come improvement and not just more profit for the company. I hope things improve soon because I've been a member since this place opened many years ago and it would be a shame for them to lose a good customer.
