rev:text	When I walked in to get a tire fixed that had a nail in it, I was initially ignored for quite awhile due to an associate being on the phone in the back office. After a fairly long wait, I spoke to the front desk associate and told him about my nail issue and told him to please have the technician check all tires and pressures as I was getting ready for a long road trip. The technician who was chosen to fix my tire, sauntered slowly into the waiting area along with his unfriendly demeanor and put his hand out to gesture for my keys without saying a word. He grabbed them and slowly walked back out the door towards my car and got started on the repair. After about 25 minutes, I was told that my tire was fixed and that it would be no charge. The fact that I wasn't charged was the only good thing about my entire experience there. I walked out to get my car and the tech who fixed the tire, rudely just dropped my car keys in my hand and walked passed me to go inside. I wish my review ended there, but it doesn't. I wouldn't have even left a review if it weren't for the fact that after I left there and headed out on my trip thinking my tire pressure was good in all tires, I arrived at my destination only to have the "low tire pressure" icon illuminated on my dash. After checking all of the tire pressures, 3 out of 4 had low pressure. The only one that had good pressure was the one recently fixed. However, the fixed one no longer had a cap on the stem of the tire. Needless to say, I will never go back to this Tire Works location. Free wasn't even a good price for this kind of service.
