  • Only giving one star for the nice veterinarian women that I took my puppy to. Other then that the free visit isn't actually free as I feel they up charge any exams as a stool culture was $65 and three other facilities I called were $26. They took 48 hrs even with repeated phone calls to tell me that my puppy had a parasite and was bleeding with bowel movements. I have a 1.9lb chihuahua 10wks. I was frustrated as they continued to to tell me I'd get a phone call back and didn't. So once my puppy took the medication I took him to another vet nearby who wasted no time giving my pup a order for safeguard dewormer from the local walmart $10 bucks before he wasted anytime doing another stool specimen because he let me know that coccidia and worms run hand and hand. Finally after 2wks of meds my puppy is 100%. Don't waste your time here. Just go elsewhere.
