  • First time here and I asked for a manicure and European pedicure with callus removal. The lady took forever to start on me! First she asked me to sit at her booth #6 then goes to the back and I don't see her for more than 5mins while others who came after me are being started for their treatments. Finally the 1 in charge finishes his client and had me sit in a pedicure chair and I continue to wait for the lady again. She comes out to put a towl on the chair and goes to the back for another 5mins! Then her coworkers begin to call her to come assist me. When she finally does the pedicure was lack luster. The "massage" was so light it felt like she wasn't even doing anything at all. I also have to tell her that she didn't get all of my cuticle! She's also stopping in between doing my feet to gossip with her coworker, now I'm spending even more of my time waiting! When she's done she didn't do even an average job and doesn't check my feet to see that she didn't do good work. By this time I'm so fed up i dont want a manicure at all. Oh I forgot to mention it's not sanitary in this place either! I'm asked how things were I let them know own and I'm asked to come back so they can fix it! What! Really! I'm there now!!!! I'm paying now so why should I have to come back waste more time and gas to fix at another time? My feet look bad NOW! Then I find out that the lady did a parrafin wax, which was extra, without my asking for it! So she didn't listen or took it upon herself to add something bc she thought I needed it or wanted more money out of me, idk. Needless to say NEVER returning and I'll be sure to tell all my fellow Military wives and whomever else will listen not to waste their time. I ended up going to Herbal Nails & Spa to get the treatment I deserve!
