  • I have used Kris Adams of Like No Other Air and Heating twice. The first time my mini-split was leaking. Although he hoped it was a minor fix, it turned out it was more complicated. Kris explained everything so I could understand it and actually apologized for the cost of repairing it. At that time he looked at my main unit which was very old and he psuggested just running it until it stopped working. We discussed options at that time and approximate costs. When it stopped working I contact Kris. We again discussed the options. Although the option I selected was more costly he did not try to sell me the most expensive unit. Because of the work that needed to be done by others, there was a short delay. He offered to give me a unit to use but it wasn't necessary. When he picked up the unit, the company did not have the unit he had ordered so they ungraded it at no cost. Kris works with integrity and the best interests of his customers. I highly recommend him and his company.
