Absolutely indescribable how inconvenient it is for anything involved with customer service. I called in for a simple request that was just completely ignored on anything necessary for there to be any type of customer service in the favor of the customer. I will ever American Airline again. I had to buy a complete different ticket for my daughter to be able to fly due to the inconvenience and inability for any of your staff to help me. It cost me $600 to fly myself round trip to Seattle. This is just unbelievable what the customer service industry is going to. I'm completely helpless anything but write this letter that I'm sure will not be responded to
