Absolutely horrible service! I will never use Canada Post again and I will also be boycotting any companies that only have Canada Post as a delivery option. I gave them more than enough chances to redeem themselves. The first time they left a notice card in my mailbox but didn't even attempt to deliver it to my apartment even though I was home all day, so I know it's not a missed delivery. The second time they didn't even leave a notice card for me and the only reason I knew where to go and pick up my package was because I checked the tracking number online. Today, I am also home all day and apparently they tried delivering it 30 minutes ago and failed. Not only did I not find a notice card when I checked my mailbox, but when I called in the customer service representative told me that they're not responsible for bringing the parcel to your door. She told me that they deliver parcels like mail, and if it doesn't fit into the mailbox, then they don't have to bring it to your apartment door. So I asked her, what's the point of even bringing the parcel to the building in the first place? And all she said was that it wasn't part of their responsibility. Absolutely horrible service, and I was never aware of such a policy, I'd rather take my business elsewhere, such as to UPS.
