  • Horrible. Just horrible. We had to use them because of American home shield. the guy came to the house, said they didn't have the part (didn't even look at the broken oven at all) and then took our $75 and left. 10 days later, we still hadn't heard anything. I called numerous times with no call back. Finally I got someone on the phone and she said "we cant call every customer every single day" and I said "I didn't expect a call every day but I expect to talk to someone ONE time so that I know why your guy took our money and left!" he didn't even tell us he was ordering the part. and turns out, our part was in by the time I finally reached someone. So unprofessional. I am still waiting to see if he actually shows up to fix our oven. maybe ill change the rating if he actually shows up on time and gets our oven fixed. but so far, its absolutely pathetic how unprofessional they act. 3/7/2016 - we STILL never heard back from this guy - fortunately they sent someone else that was super helpful
