I made an appointment on the "24/7 booking" website two days before my church wedding because I decided I wanted to splurge. I got an email confirmation, bought the groupon and the next afternoon headed to the appointment. I couldn't locate the address listed so I called the phone number listed to get directions and the woman on the phone (I can only assume it was Ashley) asked me if I made the appointment online and I said yes, and she asked if it was in the last 24 hours and I said yes I had done it the night before and she said "oh yeah I really need to update that; you can't make appointments with less than 24 hours notice" so I asked if that meant the appointment I had made for 4:00 that day would not be happening and she said no o would need to come the follow day. I told her I was getting married that day and she said "oh, well sorry about that" AND THATS IT. Now I can't get an appointment anywhere else because it was 4:00. Thank goodness I got a groupon refund. Terribly unprofessional that I was able to make the appointment and wasn't ever notified that it was apparently invalid. It was obvious that Ashley didn't really mind that she had put me in this position either which is what makes a bad situation worse.
