  • Nurses are so rude. My mother had a procedure done there and the nurses are rude and accused us of lying. From the start the nurses were rude to us. We were informed to be there at 6:30am. We were there on time but registration took some time. So the nurses already got on our case saying that we should have been in the room at 6:30am. Well no one told us to be there earlier nor did they tell us to make some time for registration. If we were informed correctly then yes we would be there earlier. After the procedure, I couldn't pick up my mother right away because I have stomach flu and I explained to them that if I drive it'll cost an accident because I'm going to end up hurling on the way there. I told them that a couple of people might be able to get off work early but we had no luck (Have they heard of people trying to keep their jobs?). So I told them that my younger sister is on her way but they wouldn't believe me. They wanted confirmation on who will be pick her up and how far they are. The nurses don't care about our situation.They just kept saying that they're not babysitters. Accused us of neglect and will report us to protective services. What the heck did they just not hear what our situation was and someone is on their way to pick her up? Rude rude rude rude is all I can say.
