  • The pharmacy at this CVS is rude and uncooperative. I made 3 visits trying to fill a prescription. Telling me I had a problem and had to call my insurance. On my 3rd attempt I was helped by an employee named Freddie. He was rude and very condescending. The whole time he was chewing gum telling me there was nothing he could do. Telling me to get out of the way and allow the line to move. I finally went to the store manager who was able to process my prescription in a matter of minutes. His name was Rafael. He deserves a 5 star rating, but Freddie's horrible customer service brings this down to a 1 star. And I am being generous! Pharmacies are on every corner, there is no room for treating customers badly. Shame on the CVS Pharmacy!
