  • I heard that this location was having a grand opening promo. Promo was pay $5 for a 2 month membership unlimited car washes. I thought it was too good to be true and boy was I right. On the 3rd month I noticed my account got changed $29. When I gave their corporate office a call, Heather from their office said I was supposed to cancel the account because the 2 month promo ended. I let her know that I never authorized this change and that when I signed up for this promo, their employees never stated that I would need to cancel the account. Heather was no help at all and said that she would cancel my account but no refund would be issued. This business is a scam and will never be returning to cobblestone. Wonderful that they explain the promo on their website but I would love to see where I signed to authorize my account to be charged. I never signed anything that allowed cobblestone to charge my account. Clearly this company doesn't understand the legality of signing up for a promo without a signature.
