I placed an order via yelp with delivery to my home via Grubhub. Big mistake! According to the yelp app I was supposed to receive a confirmation email...which I did not. I waited 15 min to call after I received no email. When I called a man who barely spoke English answered. He confirmed my order & phone number. I had to ask when it would be delivered- he stammered around & finally came up with 30 minutes.
An hour later still no food. I called again & got the same man who barely spoke English. He stated the order was for pickup. He then handed the phone over to a man who could speak English (why didn't this happen in the first place?) He stated the order was for pick up & that I should call Grubhub to see what time they could pick up & deliver. I then told him to cancel the order & I would be contacting my credit card company.
I then had to call Grubhub (another man that could barely speak English). I again explained things. He asked for my phone number -
Couldn't find record of it. He then asked my email. After repeating 3 times because he didn't understand English I gave up. Again, told him I would be contacting my credit card company.
I would think twice about ordering from this restaurant or Grubhub....
