  • Coming from the San Gabriel Valley (aka the 626), I have pretty high standards for my beef noodle soups so when I say the Shang beef noodles at this restaurant is delicious, it's ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! You MUST get it with the hand pulled noodles! From the noodles to the beef to the broth, everything in that dish was cooked to perfection! We also ordered the beef pancake....another must get! Be careful with these because there is juice inside. This place is definitely going to be my go to place for noodles the next time I'm in Vegas!
