In a word... Terrible.
The messed up billing so badly that our insurer flagged us for fraud after my wife had my daughter. They also delayed much needed pain meds for my wife. That was in January, and I assumed an isolated incident.
Fast forward to today... They have no record of me/my family. Let me drop off scripts and told me to come back in 90 min. I come back as ordered and find they have done nothing, (including calling me)... 2 people tell me I didn't drop a script off that they have no record of me. I point out the guy that I have script to and thankfully he remembers me. Fast forward an hour and we're still here... And still no meds. Poor form.
