  • I had to bring my car back a few times for the same problem.. no apologies or explanations. I had to keep asking and probing every time I returned my car to find out that the initial problem I asked them to address was never fixed or attempted, although they charged several hundred dollars for each visit. This shop can not accomplish full auto repair, which they neglected to warn me about. They returned the car to me with incomplete repairs which made things worse than before, and now I will have to go to another shop and pay for repairs that would have cost the same without Toyota's "fix." Highly unrecommended :L
