  • This was my third time getting a pedicure here. I was very happy with my first two visits. I thought I was happy with my third visit until I went home later that night and noticed I had received an injury to my leg from the employee who performed my pedicure. Most likely he rubbed too hard during the sugar scrub, or it was a combination of that and the hot rocks. In any case, I was not notified of this injury when it happened. I did feel some burning during the scrub, but I have sensitive skin and chalked it up to that. The employee was also very quick to pull down the leg of my pants after the pedicure. I'm very upset that I was not notified of what he did to me during my visit. I was not able care for the wound until I found out by accident later that night, which was several hours after my pedicure. I'm getting married this weekend and my dress will not cover this. I notified the management via email of what happened that night, which they did reply back to me. However they stated that after they talk to their employee they would contact me immediately. It's been a week and I have not heard from them. This was a pretty serious injury, not something little. It looks like I actually have a chunk of my skin missing. If you're going to go here and get a pedicure, make sure you inspect yourself after it is over to ensure you don't receive any injuries.
