The Salon was OK, not great nothing special..still looking for a permanent shop...
I was the first appointment and was surprised, I tried this shop based off of the reviews on here and I'm sorry to say that they received higher praise than deserved. The shop was not clean or well organized. The owner of which I'm guessing, was the first one there and I understand a lot of people aren't morning people but he absolutely showed that he wasn't. He wasn't rude or unpleasant but just the same not particularly friendly. The technician who was set to do my nails wasn't at the shop, she was late and it wasn't for any other reason like a flat tire or ran out of gas, but that she slept in. She did a nice job on my nails and told me if anything happens to my nails with the next few days to come back and it would be fixed. Sure enough two days later a nail popped clean off, I went back in to get it fixed and was charged for it when I just paid two days before for a full set? the nail that was fixed look nothing like the other one it looked really bad, but instead of putting up a fight or protesting I just left and decided never to go there again. And I'm sure that the shop will read this I would advise you not to have so many of the conversation that you have with your customers especially ones that you don't know well and it's their first time to your shop. Some things are offensive and you don't what will or won't hurt someone's feelings because of experiences in their life. I understand that it's your shop but it's also a place of business were you work with the public.
