Sometimes I get into a carnivore mood - thankfully I was near CUT the last time I had that urge! I have Prime over at the Bellagio for certain cuts, but when it comes to Kobe, you have to get it at CUT, good wine list and they will help you select something that pairs well with your meal. I rarely sit down and analyze the list, and have gotten bad advice from waiters in the past - but at a steakhouse like this, I feel confident in being advised correctly, as the wrong pairing could ruin the meal. They also have some great oysters seasonally - make sure to start your meal that way, you won't regret it.
