  • Very poor customer service! I dropped off two huge bins of designer clothes, and they. Allen me the next day to let me know they were ready for me to pick up and collect. I got there the next day During MY LUNCH HOUR, and was told that they were unable to buy any of my items r/t wear; style or season. I look over at my bins, and the clothes are in them the same way I placed them two days ago!!! The clothes were never EVEN looked at. The manager offered to go through them "again" for me, but I refused.i would have appreciated honesty, but to tell me that they were unacceptable; when I look at the clothes that they are selling, and see the condition of them; when my clothes were last years fashion. Not sure it the owner reads these, but you need to be aware of your staff's lack of care and integrity. I will never shop here again!
