Though I appreciate finally getting an official response from a representative of Nascair, I was disappointed to read the tired, wildly old school, "man-splaining" method of attempting to shame me instead of offering a simple apology for 1 - poor service during my initial call (regardless of the reason) and 2 - being threatened by someone associated with Nascair for leaving my initial review.
Not certain why they felt the need to escalate this conversation to involving a deity when a simple apology would have sufficed.?.
This representative also tried to discredit my reviews (I have over 800 "useful" votes for my 284 total reviews and more 5 star reviews than 1 star reviews) and to diminish my main goal for leaving reviews at all, which is to help other hard working people by sharing my personal, real time experiences so they'll know if they'd like to enter into doing business with a company... simple as that.
