  • If I could I would rate this place 0 stars! I am livid about how my hair turned out!! This was my first time here and last! I asked my stylist CRYSTAL to take off 2 inches straight across. Nothing hard, just a simple haircut. When I saw the back, my hair was uneven on both sides. And she had the nerve to tell me, "at least you don't have to go to work tonight, right." VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, especially because she is the owner! I don't know If she was having a bad day or because I was the last customer of hers?? Unacceptable! I showed her pictures of how I wanted my hair and she told me at the end, "I didn't know what you wanted!" I even paid for the bill and tipped her.
