This establishment is Roach infested. I am appalled that such a home as an apartment complex as Paces Pointe would have hundreds of roaches roaming the sidewalks and going in and out from underneath the foundation/sidewalk cracks. Apartment complexes should have the best pest control with monthly prays and outside containers in the ground...at least this is what I've known to be when living in an apartment complex over the past 20 years. I've never had to fear that such a big would even be in eye sight let alone roaming around like residents. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I have a family member that lives here and she has complained numerous times to the office with no resolve. She is now getting them in her home. This is disgusting!
After looking at other reviews on google, it seems as though this is a continuous complaint/issue from residents that obviously hasn't been corrected.
